This is what vancouver believes in.
The best shot saved ever. Haven’t seen such a performance from any other goalie.
Canucks will be the champion this year is luongo and sedins play the way the played against LA kings.
Luooooooooooooooo
Wow, what a great crowd today. I haven’t seen Vancouver this live from my childhood. So many people in street. Most of them young and full of energy, dancing all the way. Do not even care if it is raining or not. The good thing was that RCMP (Vancouver’s Police) was kind of easy with the people. I never can remember a time that I could drink beer at front of a policeman. I have done it tonight, no words from him. Just watched me and moved away. Shouldn’t be always this way ?
Every now and then banks find a way to get that money out of your pocket. Specially after the credit crunch, creditors always come up with a way to do that.
One way is to charge you a inactive fee for your account. I have seen this fee for the bank accounts but I have never seen it on a credit card. I was browsing for a new credit card that I saw a term on scotiabank’s page that says they are going to charge you 10 dollars if your credit card is not being used for a period of 12 months.
This is from their website:
Inactive fee¹
Applies to No-Fee Scotia Moneyback VISA, No-Fee Value VISA, No-Fee ScotiaGold VISA and SCENE VISA. [Fee does not apply to L’earn VISA or SCENE VISA card for Students]
This inactive fee only applies to the credit cards that do not have an annual fee. So if you are not paying an annual fee and leaving your credit card resting on your desk, get up and give scotiabank a call to cancel it. This inactive fee is for the following cards:
Scotia Momentum VISA, No-Fee Scotia Moneyback VISA, Scotiabank Value VISA, ScotiaGold Passport VISA, No-Fee ScotiaGold VISA, L’earn VISA and SCENE VISA
These are images of the cards.

As you might have read one of our previous articles about subways in north Vancouver, I want to introduce to you one unique subway from all of them. As you might all know, from time to time, subway along other franchised come up with special deals to attract customers. It is good news when you hear those but the bad news is that usually the older deals will fade out and you can not get the deals you used to get. My first deal I got in a subway was its Meatball, 6 inches for just 1.99 before taxes. After subway introduced its new deal of the day deals I couldn’t find meatballs for that price anymore.
Do not worry, if you like meatballs a lot, you can still get that deal from one of my favourites subways located between 13th and 14th of lonsdale. Just order a meatball and pay 2.08 cents or go for a footlong and pay 4.16. Can you find any better deal in this hard economy times ? The subway is open till 11 in the night, so don’t be late for a great deal there.

American Express Iris Promotion Gift Card
February 14th, 2010I have received a 50$ promotion gift card to be spent on Iris. If you want to spend on buying eyeglasses or any other items from Iris, it would be a wise choice to get an American Express card now and use this gift card. I only have one of them and not using. The easier way is to let me know (by comment, email, twitter, friendfeed) and we could be able to manage to exchange the card sometime.
For more information visit this page at iris. You can also find more offers there. There says
